How Ozzy Osbourne Reacted to Daughter Kelly's Engagement at His Final Concert Before Death

Ozzy Osbourne had quite the reaction to daughter Kelly Osbourne's engagement to partner Sid Wilson. The proposal, which took place two weeks before Ozzy's death, during his final concert with Black Sabbath, saw the Slipknot DJ pop the question in front of the Osbourne family and crew, presenting Kelly with an18k yellow gold ring covered in diamonds that resembled a beehive. While it was a surprise to everyone, namely Kelly, it was the rock icon's reaction that caught everyone off guard. "F--k you, you're not marrying my daughter," he quipped, before Wilson popped the question. Moments later, however, Ozzy was seen smiling over the happy moment and tugging at Wilson's arm to look at the beautifully bedazzled ring. News of Ozzy's death was reported by multiple outlets Tuesday afternoon, and later confirmed by the Osbourne family, with Ozzy's Instagram page announcing the news that he he had sadly passed away earlier in the day. He was 76. "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," his family announced Tuesday. "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time." The message was shared by Kelly, Ozzy's wife, Sharon Osbourne, as well as children, Jack Osbourne, Kelly Osbourne, Aimee Osbourne and Louis Osbourne. Tributes from celebrities began rolling in shortly after. Among the first was a post from the official Black Sabbath account, which shared a photo of Osbourne from their final show with the caption "Ozzy Forever." Elton John, meanwhile, called Osbourne "a dear friend and a huge trailblazer who secured his place in the pantheon of rock gods - a true legend" in his tribute. John added, "He was also one of the funniest people I've ever met. I will miss him dearly. To Sharon and the family, I send my condolences and love." Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie Wood shared, "I am so very sad to hear of the death of Ozzy Osbourne. What a lovely goodbye concert he had at Back To The Beginning in Birmingham." On his Instagram Story, Marilyn Manson wrote, "Ozzy was a genuine hero and inspiration to me. It was one of the greatest privileges in my life to have known him as a friend. His beautiful spirit will remain in my heart forever." Sir Rod Stewart also chimed in, sharing a cheeky tribute that read: "Bye, bye Ozzy. Sleep well, my friend.
