Kelley Wolf Says 'Heinous' Allegations Are Keeping Her From Seeing Kids

Kelley Wolf defended her work ethic and “compassionate” side while claiming “heinous” allegations to the contrary are keeping her from her and estranged husband Scott Wolf’s children.

“I wish you all knew the ‘whole’ story of the last 5 years. I have a feeling things would make more sense,” Kelley, 48, wrote via her Instagram Story on Friday, June 27.

She explained, “I am a coach … but I am trained as a clinical psychologist. 2 decades I’ve committed my [life] to mental health and to helping people. If you know me, you know this is true.”

Kelley, who announced her separation from Scott, 57, earlier this month noted, “I genuinely am one of the most compassionate humans you might ever meet.”

She revealed, “It’s very hard to live with someone who has severe depression. It’s also very hard to be lied about and subjugated and treated like garbage when you’ve devoted your life to be kind.”

Kelley argued, “I am not wealthy. I work very hard. I work extremely hard for my money. In fact, I’ve worked so hard the last few years that finding out that I no longer am respected in my field is extremely devastating.”

Kelley claimed that after she was hospitalized earlier this month, allegedly against her will, following Scott filing for divorce, her credibility as a life coach has been trashed. (Us Weekly confirmed Kelley was detained by Utah authorities on June 13 while she was doing an Instagram Live after making “concerning” comments about her and Scott’s split. She was hospitalized and released soon after.)

“The allegations that have been put on me have affected my career in ways I might not be able to recover it,” she added. “Someday I will tell the entire story. @juliepizzi and I are already getting started. Thank you @realjosef for capturing everything on camera.”

Kelley then asked her followers if they wanted to “know more about my work?” before creating a poll to ask that same question. She alleged that the truth about her career would shed light on her ability to parent as well.

“Since I am not able to see my children based on these absurd and heinous allegations being sent my way,” she wrote via her Instagram Story, alongside the poll, “I will use the only means necessary that I have right now.”

Kelley and Scott, who were married 21 years, share Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

Kelley’s recent post came after Us Weekly confirmed that a judge granted Scott a temporary restraining order on Wednesday, June 25, against his estranged wife.

The Party of Five alum filed for the restraining order earlier this week, after filing for divorce from Kelley on June 9.

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott wrote via Instagram the following day. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”

Kelley later claimed via Instagram, “I initiated a separation almost a year ago. I’ve been trying to file for divorce for months, but delays with legal counsel slowed the process.”

The court order states that Kelley has “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children” since she and Scott separated.

The filing claimed that Kelley allegedly tried to remove her and Scott’s minor children from the country, “combined with the behavior sufficient for Kelley to be detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment.”

As a result of Kelley’s alleged behavior, the court granted Scott’s restraining order, which is in effect until July 9. The Doc actor was also awarded temporary sole physical and legal custody of their kids.

Kelley was ordered not to have any contact with Scott or parenting time with her children. Additionally, Scott was granted sole and exclusive use and possession of their family home in Park City, Utah.

A hearing has been set for Tuesday, July 1, to determine whether Kelley will receive supervised parent time with her children and address any financial issues. The temporary restraining order will be in effect until July 9.
