Matt Damon's Teenage Daughter Trolls Him by Only Watching His Bad Movies

It's safe to say Matt Damon's daughter has never seen "Good Will Hunting." She is, however, interested in any of his movies certified rotten on Rotten Tomatoes. In an April 6 appearance on "Late Night With Seth Meyers," the 52-year-old actor and "Air" star spoke about how his 16-year-old Isabella trolls him by only watching his poorly reviewed performances, prompting the talk show host to say, "That is the most ice cold 16-year-old thing I've ever heard." Damon began by explaining, "My 16-year-old likes to give me a hard time. She is very clear about not wanting to see anything that I'm in if she thinks it might be good." He added, "If I get bad reviews in something, that's the one she wants to see." One time, Damon even heard Isabella talking to her friends about his movie "The Wall." When he corrected her, saying the title is actually "The Great Wall," she replied, "Dad, there is nothing great about that movie." The roasting appears to run in the family. Damon shared his wife Luciana Barroso's brutally honest review of "Air" (and his '80s wardrobe in the film): "That movie's great. You look awful." Damon did, however, have his family's support at the "Air" premiere in Los Angeles on March 27. He and Barroso were accompanied by their 24-year-old Alexia, 12-year-old Stella, and, yes, even Isabella. (Gia, the couple's 14-year-old, was not in attendance.) Above, watch Damon recount his relatable parental moment. Related: Where the Real-Life Characters of Ben Affleck's "Air" Are Today
