My 63-Year-Old Mom and I Both Love the New J.Crew—29 Items That Get a Yes

My mom and I have been longtime fans of J.Crew. I have very fond memories of perusing the store at my local mall during the holidays and trying on our favorite pieces. Well, our adoration for the brand is even more powerful these days with the latest collections with Olympia Gayot (pictured above) at the helm of womenswear and kids. It should also be mentioned that while there is a 29-year age difference between us (I’m 34 and she’s 63), we both tend to gravitate towards similar pieces that fit within our wardrobes that are primarily made up of elevated basics. Given that age has nothing to do with what you shouldn’t wear, this shouldn’t come as much of a surprise.
