Sister Wives Non-Shocker: Kody Brown Snubs Another Kid

Another major milestone for a member of the Sister Wives family.

Another opportunity for Kody Brown to prove he really doesn’t care about himself; and/or maybe Robyn Brown, as well.

Earlier this week, Logan Brown and his fiancé, Michelle Petty, revealed they had moved into a new home in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The same exciting piece of news was confirmed by Logan’s mother, Janelle, who is spiritually married to Kody and who shares six kids overall with the infamous polygamist.

Logan proposed to Michelle in 2017 and their wedding is for October 2022.

According to The Sun, their just-build residence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and closed own June 9 for $363,611.

“Celebrating Logan and Michelle’s new home today!” wrote Janelle as an Instagram caption to the snapshots above and below, adding:

“After months of delays they finally moved in. It’s an amazing space. Congratulations you guys.”

It certainly made sense for Janelle to be on hand for this significant occasion.

And, sadly, it also made sense for Kody NOT to be there.

The Sister Wives patriarch has made a habit of snubbing his children at nearly all times, most notably when he refused to accompany daughter Ysabel on a trip to New Jersey in 2020 for back surgery.

Ysabel reacted in tears to this decision by her dad.

Throughout this past season of Sister Wives, meanwhile, the tension between Kody and Janelle was on full and awkward display.

Heck, at one point, Janelle told her spouse to “f-ck off.”

At another point, on the Season 16 reunion special, Kody couldn’t bring himself to say he was in love with Janelle any longer.

“We’re not in sync,” he told the show’s host at the time.

Continued Kody, digging himself an even deeper hole:

“We don’t partner really well but we actually just are able to have a marriage that’s, if you will, lower in attachment.

“I don’t even know. We’re good friends, we get along well. It’s more of a, like, just a committed relationship.”

Sounds like every woman’s dream… NOT!

When the conversation eventually shifted on the special to Janelle, she told the host that Kody is her “best friend” and that their emotional and physical intimacy are just “fine.”

Which means at least there is some intimacy, we guess.

Which is more than can be said for Kody and Meri Brown, who haven’t slept together in 10 years.

The more we learn, the more we read, the more we wonder:

At what point will Janelle and Meri follow the lead of Christine Brown?

At what point will they walk away from this very unhealthy and quite one-sided relationship?
