"Growing up, I saw my mother work incredibly hard to support me and my passion for play. She always put others first and encouraged me to embrace my diversity," Naomi previously said in a statement to Because of Them We Can. As for her father, he's been coaching her since she was a little girl. "I love my dad so much and I'm grateful for everything I learn from him on and off the court," she tweeted in 2019.
