Jeff Bezos Debuts New Hairstyle After Wedding With Lauren Sanchez

Jeff Bezos is trying something new — that is, at least when it comes to his hairstyle.

Bezos, who has rocked his now famous bald style for years, was photographed at the Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference on Thursday, July 10, with a thicker-than-usual swath of gray hair growth surrounding the bottom half of his scalp.

The area is often described as the “donor area” of the scalp from which hair is harvested for transplantation, according to the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. (There has been no information that indicates Bezos is undergoing or plans to undergo a hair transplant.)

Bezos wasn’t completely clean-shaven during his recent wedding festivities with now-wife Lauren Sánchez in Italy. Photographs from the weekend also show some hair growth around the same area of his head, albeit not as thick as the photos from July 10.

The pair enjoyed a massive $11 million, multi-day wedding celebration that included attendance from some of the most celebrated celebs in the world, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Orlando Bloom, Oprah Winfrey, Kris Jenner, and Kim and Khloé Kardashian.

Sanchez and Bezos went public with their relationship in 2019 and got engaged in May 2023. Of the 200 guests, 70 were close family members, including Sánchez’s sons, Nikko, 24, and Evan, 19, and her daughter, Ella, 17. Bezos’ four children with ex-wife Mackenzie Scott have largely lived out of the public purview, and it’s unclear if they attended the wedding.

The party began on June 26, when guests began to touch down in Venice, Italy. The wedding took place the following day, on San Giorgio island, and the couple hosted a party the following night at the Arsenale di Venezia (a former shipyard). As one source told Us Weekly, “It was all about the music and the partying. It was an insane dance party.”

The shipyard party was attended by Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Gates and Mick Jagger. Jessica Alba also attended alongside her daughter, Honor.

“Lauren and Jeff were dancing the night away and looked so in love, having a blast,” a source told Us. “ There were no traditional dances with them, just partying together.”

Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble were also in attendance.

“Kris was dancing and having the time of her life with Corey on the dance floor,” the insider added. “She was the life of the party. Kris was mingling with everyone, including a friendly chat with Tom Brady.”
