'DWTS' Pro Pasha Pashkov Gets 'Nauseous' After Bloody Rehearsal Injury

Dancing With the Stars pro Pasha Pashkov is putting his blood, sweat and tears into the competition with partner Amber Glenn — literally.

In rehearsal footage shown during the Tuesday, September 29, Yacht Rock episode of DWTS, Glenn, 26, accidentally bumped into Pashkov’s face while dancing, leading him to quickly grab his nose in pain.

“Oh, my God,” Glenn said, while Pashkov, 40, ran to the mirror to look at his face.

Pashkov bent over as his nose began dripping blood, while Glenn watched with her hand over her mouth.

“Oh, my God, Pasha. I’m so sorry,” Glenn said as she walked toward her partner.

Pashkov, meanwhile, reassured his partner that it was “OK” as he placed a tissue underneath his nose.

“My elbow just got him in the face,” Glenn told the camera, while becoming emotional.

As Pashkov placed an icepack to his nose, he shared that he was “feeling kind of nauseous.” When asked by a staff member if he was feeling “a little light headed,” he replied, “Uh, yeah.”

“I’ve never been the cause of physical pain like that before,” Glenn told the camera. “And I want to be cautious. … And I know he’s not going to want me to hold back. I don’t know how to deal right now because I just want to wrap him in bubble wrap and send him on his way.”

Pashkov, however, was determined not to let the injury alter their performance. “Things happen,” he said. “And it’s not going to get in our way.”

Despite the rehearsal blip, Glenn and Pashkov nailed their foxtrot to “Hold the Line” by Toto and received all 8s from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough — the highest score of the season so far.

“And the ice queen does it again, wow!” Hough, 41, said. “What a way to start the show. You turned this ballroom into your own personal ice rink. Just gliding across that floor effortlessly, so exquisite. Absolutely beautiful. We’re going to see a lot of foxtrots, so it’s going to be interesting to see everything side by side, but this one is going to be one to beat. What a way to start the show.”

And continuing with the good news, Pashkov reassured fans he was doing better after the injury.

“All good,” Pashkov told cohost Julianne Hough when asked about his nose, adding that he feels “tougher now.”
