Justin Baldoni Told Blake Lively He Was 'Circumcised' at Her Home

One of Justin Baldoni’s private conversations with Blake Lively is coming to light.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, December 4, Baldoni, 41, visited Lively’s New York City home in December 2022 and the topic of circumcision allegedly came up.

During an October deposition viewed by Us, Baldoni confirmed to Lively’s attorney Michael J. Gottlieb that he discussed whether Lively’s baby would be circumcised. (In December 2022, Lively was pregnant with her son Olin.)

“Did you at any point share with Ms. Lively whether you were circumcised?” Gottlieb inquired.

Baldoni replied, “Yes.”

When questioned if Lively, 38, ever asked whether he was circumcised, Baldoni replied, “Directly, no.”

Later on in the deposition, Gottlieb asked Baldoni who was present “at the moment when you relayed to Ms. Lively that you were circumcised?”

Baldoni replied, “There were people going all around. Mr. [Ryan] Reynolds was in and out of the conversation. She had, I think, two nannies. I felt like there was a housekeeper there. Her assistant was walking around. I think she had two assistants there. Her and I were sitting on the couch, but there were people all around.”

When asked if he ever told any other work colleagues about his genitalia, Baldoni responded, “I don’t talk about my genitalia, so no.”

The new court documents come as Lively’s legal team fights back against Baldoni’s motion for a summary judgment.

In November, the actor’s legal team claimed Lively’s allegations were a “litany of minor grievances” that fall short of the requisite level of being “severe or pervasive enough to create an objectively hostile or abusive work environment.”

Lively’s team, however, asked the court to pursue a trial, which is tentatively scheduled to begin in March 2026.

“In their latest effort to avoid accountability for the hostile environment they created during the production and marketing of It Ends With Us, Justin Baldoni [and other defendants] ask this court to shield them from trial and deny Blake Lively her day in court, by throwing the kitchen sink at Lively’s sexual harassment and retaliation claims,” Lively’s team claimed in court documents obtained by Us on Thursday. “The record evidence is clear: Lively’s claims survive summary judgment and must be sent to a jury.”

Baldoni and Lively appeared in the 2024 movie It Ends With Us, playing lead couple Ryle and Lily. After production wrapped on the film, which is based on Colleen Hoover’s novel of the same name, rumors swirled of a possible feud between the two stars.

A legal battle ensued when Lively sued Baldoni in December 2024 for sexual harassment.

Baldoni later denied the claims with his attorney calling Lively’s accusations “completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious.”

In January, Baldoni filed his own lawsuit against the actress. In June, however, the case was dismissed.

“As we have said from day one, this ‘$400 million’ lawsuit was a sham, and the Court saw right through it,” Lively’s attorneys said in a statement to Us after the suit was dismissed.
